– salmon filet, skinless – breadcrumb – garlic powder – paprika – eggs – Panko – grated parmesan cheese spray bottle with olive or avocado oil
In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumb with the dried ingredients. And in a different dish, add the beaten egg. in a 3er dish, combine the panko and parmesan cheese.
Working one piece at a time, dredges both sides of the salmon in the seasoned breadcrumbs mixture
Then lightly dip the salmon into the egg, letting excess drip off
Finally, coat both sides of the salmon while pressing it into the panko parmesan mixture to coat well. Repeat this step with the remaining pieces.
Place the breaded salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer
Using the oil sprayer, spritz the salmon and cook for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer basket and serve. Enjoy!
