In a food processor, add garlic, onion, lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, oregano, rosemary, paprika, and cumin; blend until well incorporated.
In a gallon-size ziplock bag or a large bowl, add the chicken wings and season with salt and pepper. Pour one cup of the marinade, seal the bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
Place the marinated chicken wings in the air fryer basket and spritz them with olive oil.
Air fry for 12 minutes on each side.
