– flank steaks, cut into pieces – head broccoli, cut into bite forest – olive oil – Sesame seeds – Green onion – arrowroot powder – low sodium soy sauce – beef broth – raw honey – sesame oil – sriracha – minced garlic
In a small bowl, combine arrowroot powder, soy sauce, broth, honey, sesame oil, sriracha, and garlic until well combined.
In a ziplock bag, add the steak pieces with ⅓ cup of the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes up to 1 hour.
Add the broccoli to a large bowl along with the olive oil, and toss to coat.
Arrange the broccoli and marinated steaks in the air fryer basket.
Air fry to 400ºF, shaking the basket halfway through.
Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes, whisking often or until the sauce has thickened.
Remove the beef and broccoli from the air fryer to a serving platter and pour the sauce over, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
