This marinated steak in air fryer is succulent and tender without losing the textured ‘bite’ that makes sirloin steak unique.
– sirloin steak or flank steak – Salt and pepper to taste. – Oil sprayer bottle with olive oil For the Marinade - orange juice – lime juice – fresh cilantro – onion – garlic – fresh rosemary – dried oregano – ground cumin – smoked paprika
In a food processor, add the ingredients to make the marinade.
Blend until well blended. Add one cup of marinade to a ziplock bag.
Add the steak, turn to coat, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Discard the marinade, place the steak in the air fryer basket, and spritz with olive oil.
Air fry for 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
