– tortilla chips – Salsa Verde – chicken fajitas – sliced black olives – chopped cilantro – eggs – Cotija cheese – radishes – Sliced avocado – jalapeño pepper
In a large bowl, add chips, salsa verde, cooked chicken, olives, and cilantro. Toss to coat.
Transfer the mixture to a 7 inches baking dish, make 3 indentations in the chip mixture and crack an egg on each space
Place the dish inside the air fryer basket and air fry to 340ºF or until the eggs are set, and the tortillas are softened and crispy at the edges.
Serve with cotija cheese, radishes, avocado, and jalapeño. Enjoy!
