1. Preheat the air fryer to 270º F for 2 minutes 2. Pat dry the zucchini slices between paper towels to help draw out the liquid.

3. Lay zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.

4. Air fry to 270º F for 12 to 15 minutes or until crispy. 5.  Cool on a cooling rack and repeat with remaining zucchini slices.
