There is no need to deep fry fish nuggets anymore since the air fryer does all the work, and you get crispy and delicious nuggets every time.
Get three shallow dishes ready; first with the flour, the second with eggs and parsley. Third, with the Panko and set aside. Season the fish with garlic powder lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Dredge the fish pieces one at a time in the flour mixture, and shake off the excess. Dip in the egg mixture, then in the Panko mixture.
Arrange the coated fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer, and spritz it with oil.
Air fry for 5 minutes on each side or until the fish flake easily.
