– chicken thighs, skinless and boneless – pepper to taste – cornstarch or arrowroot powder/flour – grapeseed or olive oil
Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper; add the corn flour and toss until well coated.
Place the chicken in the basket in a single layer sprayed with oil and air fry for 7 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, mix the sauce and simmer for 3-4ingredients in a saucepan for minutes or until the sauce is thickened.
Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
