This air fryer teriyaki chicken recipe is healthy, delicious, and ready in less than 30 minutes.
-boneless skinless chicken thighs -coconut aminos -water -fresh orange juice -rice vinegar -minced garlic - sesame seed oil -ground ginger -salt and pepper
In a bowl, whisk to combine. Coconut amino, water, orange juice, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, sesame seed oil, ginger, salt, and pepper to taste. Reserve 1/2 cup of the marinade.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl. Toss to coat the chicken things. Cover, refrigerate, and marinate for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Arrange marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 370 F for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Tights are done when the internal temperature reaches 165 F. Repeat with remaining marinated chicken thighs.
