STEP 1. Add all the ingredients except the vanilla extract in the inner pot.
STEP 2. Select manual/ pressure cook and set the time to 4 minutes of high pressure.
STEP 3. When the cooking cycle has finished, let the pot naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes. Then do a Quick Release of the pressure.
STEP 4. Mash cranberry mixture until desired consistency is reached; stir in vanilla, Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
