Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce

There’s nothing like freshly made cranberry sauce! This healthy instant pot version is made with monk fruit sweetener for a low sugar recipe. 

Simple Ingredients

-fresh cranberries -water -orange zest -orange juice -monk fruit sweetener or powdered erythritol -ground cinnamon -vanilla extract

STEP 1. Add all the ingredients except the vanilla extract in the inner pot.

STEP 2. Select manual/ pressure cook and set the time to 4 minutes of high pressure.

STEP 3. When the cooking cycle has finished, let the pot naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes. Then do a Quick Release of the pressure.

STEP 4. Mash cranberry mixture until desired consistency is reached; stir in vanilla, Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
