– Porterhouse steaks  – unsalted butter – olive oil – Fresh thyme, rosemary, and parsley – minced garlic – Salt and pepper

Mix butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Rub steak with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.

Place the steak in the air fryer basket and air fry for 6 minutes on one side.
