–mirin low-sodium soy sauce light brown sugar sesame oil minced ginger garlic, minced salmon filets teriyaki sauce Sesame seed and green onion
Combine mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and garlic in a medium bowl. Set aside
In a large bowl, add the salmon filets and the mixture and turn to coat. Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer
and cook for 10 minutes or until an instant meat thermometer registers 135ºF.
Brush the cooked salmon with teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve and enjoy!
