Pat dry the boneless pork chops with a paper towel; Lightly coat them with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Brush the Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar mixture on the boneless pork chops.
Place in the air fryer. Cook for 10 -12 minutes, turning the pork chops over at 6 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the peaches, coat with balsamic vinegar
place in the air fryer cook at for 2 minutes, or until desire doneness.
Serve the pork chops with the peaches. Enjoy it!
