– corn on the cob, shucked and cleaned – unsalted softened butter – Chili powder – Lime juice – parmesan cheese or goat cheese – Paprika
Trim end of corn to fit air fryer basket. If needed for a smaller air fryer, cut the corn in half.
Air Fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook until the corn kernels are tender and lightly browned.
In a small bowl, mix the butter, chili powder, and lime juice set aside.
When the corn is cooked serve with the butter and queso fresco or cheese, sprinkle some paprika if you like.
