- ¼ teaspoon Chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Lime juice
- Queso fresco, parmesan cheese or goat cheese
- Paprika
Instructions
- Trim end of corn to fit air fryer basket. If needed for a smaller air fryer, cut the corn in half.
- Air Fry at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook until the corn kernels are tender and lightly browned.
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, chili powder, and lime juice set aside.
- When the corn is cooked serve with the butter and queso fresco or cheese, sprinkle some paprika if you like.
