– medium Acorn Squash – olive oil – balsamic vinegar – raw honey – Salt and pepper to taste – chopped pecans – crumbled feta cheese
In a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey, reserve 1-2 Tablespoons
Add squash in the remaining mixture season with salt and pepper; toss to coat.
Place the acorn squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 7 minutes on each side or until tender
Remove from the air fryer and serve with reserved vinegar and honey mixture.
