Boneless pork chops are a thick cut of lean meat, and you’ll need more cooking time than more bone-in pork chops.
For this instant pot pork chops recipe, I’m using boneless pork chops that are 1 inch thick, and as we like very tender meat, I cook this for 20 minutes and do 10 minutes natural release.
Pork Chops can vary in the pressure cooker based on size, thickness, but I don’t recommend to make thin pork chops in the pressure cooker, is way faster if you do it on the stovetop.
