STEP 2. Stuffing the dates: Trim most of the rind from Brie. Stuffed Brie into each date half. Sliced prosciutto into strips.
STEP 3. Wrapping and air frying the dates: Wrap each date with a strip of prosciutto and place in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400F for 3 minutes or until prosciutto is crisp and golden brown.
